Adoption Application

Please fill out this form as completely and accurately as possible.  Starred items are required. PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO FILL OUT THIS APPLICATION USING A MOBILE DEVICE.  To prevent errors in transmission, we suggest using a PC to submit your application.

Please note: A $15 non-refundable application fee is required to submit your application. Your application will not be reviewed until your payment has been processed. The application fee is considered a donation and helps to offset the care of our dogs in need.

S.N.O.R.T. only adopts to residents of NJ, NY, PA, MD, DE, VA, DC, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT and ME.  Applicants who live outside of this area will not be considered.  In addition, we do not ship our dogs or provide assistance with transportation to adoptive homes.  Adoptive homes must be willing to travel to the foster home to pickup their adoptee.

If you have submitted an application within the past 6 months and are interested in another dog, please email us at adoptions@snortrescue.org to let us know of your interest so that we can review your application.  Please do not wait for us to contact you about a dog other than the one on your application.

IMPORTANT: If you do not see the dog you are interested in listed in the selections below, this means we are not accepting applications for that dog at this time.  Please do not submit an application for a dog that is not listed below, as they are likely already pending adoption, or are still in foster care and are still being evaluated.
