Meet BB King, aka Mr. Biggs (aka the sweetest, cutest, snuggliest pal you could ask
for!). This Golden Citizen (we prefer that over Senior Citizen) really is worth his weight
in gold!
There really isn’t a lot Mr. Biggs needs in his forever home – just a loving family, some
soft surfaces on which to nap, and butt rubs – lots and lots of butt rubs.
As an elderly gentleman, Mr. Biggs prefers a slower-paced life. While he’ll happily go
along for a walk, you may want to bring a stroller with you because his stamina is not
what it once was! He gets along with other dogs but definitely prefers the company of
his fellow senior citizens who have learned to enjoy the quiet life. He hasn’t been
around cats but would probably do fine and he likes every person he meets – young or
old!
Personal space isn’t really in his vocabulary, but who could complain about having this
guy by your side all day? He loves any comfy place in which he can curl up for a nap
and will never say no to a good pet or butt scratch.
Mr. Biggs is a perfect gentleman in his foster home – he is housetrained and has no
need to be crated. Outside of some slight hearing loss, he’s a healthy chap. Ok, maybe
he could stand to lose a few pounds and obviously he requires the typical care of bullie
with regular ear and fold cleaning, but overall, he’s incredibly healthy.
And he’d do well in just about any home environment – suburbs, city life, apartment,
single family home, etc. If his forever family works outside of the home, he’d definitely
need to have a mid-day check-in or, even better, he’d love to become your coworker!
He’d excel in an office environment. We can’t guarantee he’d add productivity to your
team, but he would definitely boost morale!
Mr. Biggs just about as perfect as it gets and the family that lands this guy is going to
feel his love 10 times over day in and day out, so get your application in quickly!
