Mack

Mack

Good things come in small packages and Mack fits that bill to a “T!”
Checking in at under 20 pounds, this featherweight Frenchie is one of the happiest little guys you could
ever meet. He is a people dog through and through. He just loves his humans – so much so that “personal
space” isn’t a phrase currently in his vocabulary, but just look at him? Who wouldn’t want a buddy like
him with you at all times?!
While he loves his people, he’d do well with a calm, laid-back dog in his forever home, but it certainly
isn’t a requirement. Because of the aforementioned lack of personal space awareness, cats probably
wouldn’t appreciate his presence, though!
Mack also loves toys – Benebones, rope toys, you name it, he’s game. He also loves car rides and
currently enjoys playtime with his foster Frenchie brother. He has been known to, um, inspect things that
aren’t meant to be toys (as in, anything laying on the ground or on low tables!), so a home with small
children might not be the best fit due to all the kids’ toys he might be able to get his teeth on!
This small fry is just about house-trained; he does well overnight in his ex-pen but does need to be
watched during the day.
While Mack unfortunately has what’s called angular deformity in all four legs, it does not slow him down
in the least! It does mean that he needs a home with carrying up stairs or stairs that can be gated off, but you
wouldn’t know he’s different from any other dog. His nails grow fast and in all different directions. He has been a good boy

about nail trims every other week with dremel by foster home.  He still loves to take walks, play, and – most
importantly! – snuggle with his people. He also has a little bit of a sensitive stomach so he needs to remain
on his current limited ingredient diet.
Because of his love of people, he should go to a home where his people are home most of the day or can
take him to work with them. He’s bound to improve office morale!
This guy is 100 pounds of love and affection in an 18-pound body and his forever family is going to hit
the jackpot with him, so get your application in!
